We want you to love your new Hotpress nails! If they’re not the perfect fit, don’t worry—we’re happy to offer hassle-free returns on unused, unopened items within 14 days of purchase.

Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Shipping Costs

• We offer pre-paid shipping labels through our Returns & Exchange Portal.
• A $8 fee will be deducted from the refund total to cover the return shipping cost.

RETURN POLICY

If your purchase didn’t work out, we’re happy to help. Hotpress NailCo accepts returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items. Our goal is for every customer to feel confident in their purchase, but we understand that styles and preferences can vary.

Items must be unused and in original packaging to qualify for a return.

For refunds issued back to the original payment method, an $6 return shipping fee will be deducted from the total refund.
