U.S. Orders

Orders are shipped via USPS.

• USPS Ground Advantage: 2–5 business days
• USPS Priority Mail: 2–3 business days
• USPS Priority Mail Express: 1–2 business days

International Orders

Shipping options and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout.

Any taxes or fees collected by HOTPRESS at checkout apply only to charges calculated in connection with your purchase in the United States. They do not include customs duties, import taxes, VAT, handling fees, or carrier fees that the destination country may charge.

Any additional international charges are the customer's responsibility.

HOTPRESS is not responsible for customs delays or fees imposed by customs authorities or shipping carriers.

Processing Time

Lost or Missing Packages
